§ the template

What this template makes

This template makes one 9:16 clip of a creator at a home desk. She starts with a tired look at her laptop, names the chore that eats her Monday morning, then relaxes as she says the chore now happens on its own. The laptop screen faces away from the camera, so the clip never needs a readable interface.

Replace the chore with the one your software removes. A reporting tool might cover copying numbers between tabs, a scheduling app might cover chasing replies, and a billing product might cover reconciling invoices by hand. The sharper and smaller the chore, the better the first line works.

Software ads often open on a feature list. This format opens on the annoyance instead, and the viewer decides in two seconds whether the chore is theirs. Run a few versions with different chores and treat each as its own ad variant in your hook test.

A problem and solution script lets a viewer recognise their own week in the first sentence. SaaS products are hard to show in eight seconds, so the clip gives the viewer a human reaction and a plain statement of the change, and the product demo can follow on the landing page. The pairing of a named chore with a relieved reaction is easy to rewrite for a different product.

§ prompt

Vertical 9:16 handheld UGC video, selfie-style phone camera, bright home office. A man in his early 30s in a plain gray sweater sits at a wooden desk with a laptop, a mug and a notebook. The laptop screen faces the camera but is softly blurred, so no interface or text is readable. He starts with a tired expression, rubbing his eyes while looking at the laptop, then glances at the camera and speaks in a casual, honest tone. Halfway through he leans back, relaxes his shoulders and smiles. Natural window light from the right, slight handheld movement, shallow depth of field, a small plant and a bookshelf blurred in the background. He says: "I used to lose every Monday morning to copying numbers between tabs. Now the report builds itself while I make coffee. Link is below if your Mondays look like mine." Native audio with his voice and faint keyboard and mug sounds. No logos, no brand names, no on-screen text, no captions, no watermarks, no readable screen content. Realistic hands with five fingers, natural face, authentic social media testimonial style. The laptop faces the camera: only its keyboard and a softly blurred, unreadable screen are visible, and the back of the lid is never shown.

How to use this template

  1. 1

Open the template in the generator

Click Make this ad. After you sign up or log in, the generator opens with the prompt, 8 seconds and 480p portrait already set.

  2. 2

    Name your own chore

Rewrite the quoted line around the one task your software removes. Say the chore in the first sentence and the change in the second, and keep the whole line near 25 words.

  3. 3

Match the creator to your buyer

Edit the age, clothing and desk setup in the prompt so the creator looks like the person who buys your product, such as an ops lead, a founder or a freelancer.

  4. 4

Test the chore, then the creator

Render three versions that change only the chore. Post them as separate ad variants, pick the winner, then vary the creator on that script. Three renders use 600 credits.

Each render costs 200 credits.
