Refund Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Overview

At EzUGC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription services.

2. 3-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of your initial subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 3 days of your purchase date
  • You must have 2 or fewer successfully delivered generations in total, across videos, images, audio, text, and any other paid output types (including any successfully delivered generations you later deleted) using the Service, subject to approval
  • This applies only to your first subscription purchase, not renewals
  • “Initial subscription purchase” means the first paid subscription purchase associated with you, your account, your organization, or your payment method, and does not include renewals, reactivations, upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, or replacement accounts.
  • The first-time-subscriber refund is limited to one refund per person, business, organization, payment method, and substantially related account group, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated first-time refunds may make those accounts ineligible.

Important: If you have more than 2 successfully delivered generations of any type, you are generally not eligible for a refund. All refund requests are reviewed and remain subject to approval. Successfully rendered outputs count toward your total regardless of whether you use, keep, or delete them — see Section 3.

3. AI Output Quality and Successful Delivery

EzUGC is a generative-AI service. AI outputs are inherently probabilistic and non-deterministic, and the underlying AI models are operated by third-party providers whose behavior is outside our control. Because we cannot control the specific output a third-party model produces from a given prompt, a generation is deemed successfully delivered when a rendered output is returned to your account and made available for download and use, as further defined in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

Default rules

  • Successful renders count against your plan quota — or, if pay-as-you-go is enabled on your account (see Section 4 of the Terms of Service), are chargeable at the applicable overage rate — regardless of whether you use, keep, or delete the output.
  • Because we can't guarantee a specific output from any specific prompt, refunds are generally not available for successfully rendered outputs on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with style, likeness, aesthetic, or prompt adherence. Getting the output you want often takes iteration; this is a normal part of working with generative AI, and we're happy to help — email [email protected].
  • Failed generations (where the AI model produces no output at all) do not consume quota and do not incur charges.

Where we do issue refunds and credits

The default rules above are our starting point, not an ironclad wall. We review refund requests in good faith and will issue refunds, credits, or restored quota in situations that include:

  • Technical error on our side. If our system charged you (via quota, subscription, or pay-as-you-go) for a generation that didn't actually render, if a billing amount is wrong, or if an issue on our infrastructure caused a charge you don't recognize, we'll fix it. Email [email protected] and we'll investigate.
  • First-time-subscriber refund window (Section 2). First-time subscribers with 2 or fewer successfully delivered generations of any type may request a refund within 3 days of their initial purchase, as described in Section 2.
  • Non-usage of your subscription (case-by-case, up to 3 months). We do not automatically refund subscription fees for periods during which you did not use the Service — subscription plans are priced monthly (or annually) rather than per-generation, and access is available to you throughout the billing cycle whether or not you use it. However, if you genuinely did not use the Service across one or more billing cycles and did not intend to renew, please email [email protected]. We review these requests case-by-case and may, at our discretion, refund up to three (3) months of subscription fees for a genuine non-usage situation. This exception does not apply to any billing cycle in which you generated videos, images, or other outputs through the Service.

For this exception, “genuine non-usage” means that during the relevant billing cycle neither you nor anyone using your account accessed paid features in a meaningful way, including by generating, regenerating, editing, exporting, downloading, or using outputs; using API, automation, or team access; or otherwise consuming Service resources. We may review account activity, generation history, billing records, and support history when evaluating these requests. This exception applies only to subscription fees and does not apply to pay-as-you-go charges, add-ons, one-time purchases, or any billing cycle with a successfully delivered output.

The bottom line: We would much rather resolve concerns directly than have them escalate. If you're unhappy with something, please email [email protected] first — we read every message.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. For the first-time-subscriber refund window, email us within 3 days of your initial purchase. For billing errors, technical errors, or case-by-case non-usage requests, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after you notice the issue and include the billing periods or charges you want us to review.
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Provide a reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Default Non-Refundable Items

The following items are, as a default, not eligible for refunds under this policy. These defaults exist because they reflect situations where the Service was rendered as described. They are, however, subject to the specific exceptions in Section 3 (technical errors on our side and case-by-case refunds for genuine non-usage of your subscription):

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Accounts with more than 2 successfully delivered generations of any type (including any successfully delivered generations you later deleted)
  • Requests made after the 3-day period
  • Successfully rendered AI outputs that did not meet your subjective expectations for quality, style, likeness, or prompt adherence (see Section 3)
  • Pay-as-you-go / overage charges for successfully delivered generations in excess of your plan's included entitlements (see Section 3)
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

If your situation looks like one of these defaults but you believe it's genuinely unusual, please email [email protected]. We review requests case-by-case in good faith.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be made to your account
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Refund and billing disputes are governed by the "Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver" section in our Terms of Service.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to that dispute process, including informal resolution before filing, binding individual arbitration, and class-action and jury-trial waivers, subject to any opt-out rights described in the Terms.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact [email protected] first so we can review the account activity, delivery history, and billing record. Where permitted by law and applicable payment-network rules, you agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve billing concerns through the support process described here before escalating the same issue elsewhere.

Where permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules, a refund, credit, restored quota, or other billing adjustment we provide for a charge is intended to fully resolve that charge, so the same charge is not recovered twice through both a direct adjustment and a separate payment dispute.
