2. 3-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of your initial subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request the refund within 3 days of your purchase date
- You must have created 2 or fewer videos using the Service
- This applies only to your first subscription purchase, not renewals
Important: If you have created more than 2 videos, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@ezugc.ai within 3 days of your purchase
- Include your account email and order number
- Provide a reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Accounts that have created more than 2 videos
- Requests made after the 3-day period
- Add-on services or one-time purchases
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made to your account
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period
