TL;DR
For a UK brand that wants a steady stream of finished UGC ads, the shortlist is EzUGC if you need volume in several countries from one retainer, The UGC Agency if you want a London team running creator ads end to end, and Twirl or UGC3 if you would rather buy videos per creator in pounds. I went through every agency and platform that shows up when you search "UGC agency UK" in October 2026, read their sites, and kept the ones that clearly sell UGC to brands and say enough about how they work to compare.
If you sell beyond the UK, our global list of the best UGC agencies covers the US and international options. For a breakdown of pricing models, see how much UGC agencies charge.
Who wrote this, and how it was put together
This is an EzUGC article. We run a done-for-you UGC agency for UK brands, and we rank ourselves first. It's part of our wider UGC agency service across markets. That is a conflict of interest, so here is how I tried to keep the rest fair.
Everything about the other companies comes from their own websites as of October 2026. Where an agency publishes prices, I quote them. Where it does not, I say so and leave it there. Creator counts are each company's own claim. Nobody audits them, ours included.
A few names that appear on other UK lists, including The Social Shepherd's roundup, were dropped because I could not find a working UGC offer or enough detail to describe them honestly.

What I looked for
Four things, in roughly this order.
Finished ads per pound. A quote for "UGC" can mean raw clips, one edit, or a tested ad with three hooks and captions. I compared what you actually get back.
Who does the thinking. Some UK agencies write the scripts and pick the hooks. Platforms usually hand that to you. If you have no in-house creative strategist, that gap costs more than the per-video price.
Usage rights. Organic-only rights are cheap and useless for paid social. Look for paid usage on Meta and TikTok spelled out, with a duration.
Speed after round one. First batches take two to six weeks almost everywhere. The question is how fast round two and round three come back once creators know your product.
The best UGC agencies in the UK
1. EzUGC
EzUGC runs a done-for-you UGC service at US$4,000 a month (shown against a US$5,000 list price) for 50 finished videos. That works out to about US$80 per finished video, or roughly £60 depending on the exchange rate on the day you pay.
The 50 can be AI UGC, real creators, or any mix, and the creators can be in any country and speak any language. For a UK brand that also sells into Ireland, Germany or the US, that means one retainer instead of three agencies. Strategy, hooks, scripts, editing, captions, static ads and competitor tracking are part of the monthly fee.
Billing is in US dollars in every country, the UK included. You can check out on Stripe or book a call first.
Where we are weaker: we are an online team, so if you want someone in a London studio directing a shoot in person, Simply Thrilled or The UGC Agency are closer to that. If you only need five videos once, a retainer of 50 is more than you need. The self-serve tool on our pricing page starts at US$99 a month for 50 AI videos and is the cheaper way to test.
Full details for UK buyers are on the UK agency page.
2. The UGC Agency
The UGC Agency is the name that ranks first for "UGC agency UK", and the site backs up the positioning. It is London-based (Covent Garden registered address) and sells scripted creator ads for Meta and TikTok, mass posting programmes for apps, TikTok Shop affiliate content, and foreign-language UGC with native speakers.
The process is laid out clearly: a 21-day target for the first round, with concepts, scripts and a creator shortlist in week one, filming and editing in week two, and revisions and delivery in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 in week three. Each video gets two or three hooks. Later rounds, it says, can come back in two to three days.
It claims 30,000+ creators, with 3,200+ in the UK. Paid and organic usage rights are included in every video, which is the right default.
Pricing is not published. You get a quote after a 20-minute call. Its enquiry form lists budget bands starting at US$3.5k, which tells you roughly where the conversation begins.
3. Bark
Bark is a London performance marketing agency for DTC brands, and UGC is one part of a wider paid media offer. That is the reason to pick it.
The creator side runs through its sister agency, Aura Ads, which says it has 300+ vetted creators across the US, UK and Europe and handles sourcing, briefing and post-production. Bark then runs the ads and tests the creative. The pitch is that you deal directly with the people managing your ad accounts, with no account managers in between.
If your real problem is "our Meta account needs fixing and it needs new creative", one team for both is tidy. If you already have a media buyer you like, you are paying for a capability you will not use. No public pricing.
4. Simply Thrilled
Simply Thrilled is a video production agency with offices in Shoreditch and Nottingham, and it shows. Its UGC page talks about casting and contracting creators, but also mini-series, sketch comedy and music-led content, and it lists work with KSI and the Sidemen.
It is one of the few UK agencies that publishes a price range: small projects start from £2.5k-£5k, and high-profile, multi-talent campaigns go from £10k to £100k+. Campaigns can take six to eight weeks depending on creator availability.
That makes it a better fit for a brand moment than for weekly ad testing. If you want a polished creator-led piece that can run on paid social and also look good on a brand channel, this is the most production-heavy option here.
5. UGC3
UGC3 is the budget pick with the clearest price list. It is a London company focused on vetted UK creators making TikTok and Meta content.
The numbers, from its pricing page:
- Platform access at £35/month, with brief and script generation and creator tracking
- Done-for-you service from £849 per campaign
- Video credits at £295 per Pro creator, including one year of ad usage, editing and two revisions
Expect about two to three weeks from first call to finished content, with creators given seven working days once the product arrives. Organic use is unlimited and ad usage runs a year.
UK-only creators is a strength if your audience is UK-only. It is a limit the moment you want the same ad in Spanish.
6. UGCers
UGCers is a UK-registered agency that bills itself as a UGC agency for the USA, Europe and the UK. Alongside UGC reels it sells product and lifestyle photography, creator reviews for websites, influencer work and Amazon product photography.
It promises delivery within seven to ten working days of the creator receiving your product, which is quick. Pricing is not on the homepage, so you will need a discovery call. Worth a look for ecommerce brands that want stills and video from the same supplier.
UGC platforms for UK brands
Platforms are cheaper per video because you do the creative director job. Here are the two worth knowing.
7. Twirl
Twirl sits halfway between a platform and an agency, and its UK pricing is published in pounds:
- Self-serve from £240 per video, minimum purchase of four, with paid social usage rights, two formats, two revision rounds and editing included
- Managed service from £1,920 per campaign, covering two concepts with three variations each (six deliverables), creator costs, a creative strategist and competitor research
- Monthly plans with minimums of £1,500 and £2,100
The self-serve tier is a fair deal if you have someone who can write a sharp brief. The four-video minimum means your first order is close to £1,000 before you know whether creator content works for your product.
8. Influee
Influee is a marketplace with a dedicated UK site that says it has 20,000+ UK creators. You pay a monthly subscription for access, then pay creators separately at the rates they set, with payment held until you approve the content.
That model suits brands running lots of small collaborations, say ten or twenty creators a month for a content library. You are responsible for the briefs, picking creators and turning raw clips into ads. Influee's subscription prices are shown in dollars and euros, and I could not confirm a current pound figure, so check before you commit.
UK pricing compared
Here is the same data again, reduced to cost per finished video where the published numbers allow it.
| Option | Published price | What one unit gets you | Rough cost per video |
|---|---|---|---|
| EzUGC agency | US$4,000/month | 50 finished videos with strategy, hooks, scripts, edits | |
| EzUGC self-serve | US$99/month | 50 AI UGC videos you make yourself | ~US$2 |
| UGC3 | £295 per Pro creator | One creator video, 1 year ad usage, 2 revisions | £295 plus campaign fees if managed |
| Twirl self-serve | From £240/video, min. 4 | Video with paid usage, 2 formats, 2 revisions | From £240 |
| Twirl managed | From £1,920/campaign | 6 deliverables | ~£320 |
| Simply Thrilled | From £2.5k-£5k per project | Scoped production | Depends on scope |
| The UGC Agency, Bark, UGCers | Not public | Quote after a call | Unknown |
The cheapest per-video number is not the cheapest outcome. A £240 clip that needs a strategist, a script and an editor in-house costs more than its sticker. If you want to model it with your own numbers, the UGC cost calculator does the arithmetic.
ASA rules UK brands should know before running UGC
UK UGC sits under the CAP Code, enforced by the ASA, plus consumer law enforced by the CMA.
The short version. If you pay a creator, or give them free product, and the content goes out on their own account, it is an ad and needs a clear label such as "#ad" or "advert" up front. Labels like "#gifted", "collab" or a brand tag are not enough. If you run creator content from your own brand account, it is your ad and the CAP Code applies in full, so claims in the script need to be ones you can back up.
The ASA also treats customer content that a brand adopts into its own marketing as advertising. Picking only the glowing reviews to show can count as misleading.
None of this changes by agency. Whoever you hire, us included, ask who checks scripts for claims you cannot substantiate and who adds the label when a creator posts.
How to choose
Start with volume. If you need fewer than ten videos a quarter, a platform or UGC3's done-for-you campaign is enough. Past 20 a month, a retainer starts to win because someone else is writing the hooks.
Then geography. UK-only audience, UK-only creators is fine. Selling in Europe or the US too, you want an agency that can cast natively in each market from one brief, which is where EzUGC and The UGC Agency both point.
Last, decide whether AI belongs in the mix. AI UGC is now good enough for hook testing and fast variations, and real creators still win when the product needs to be touched, worn or tasted on camera. You can read what customers say about our output on the EzUGC reviews page.
FAQ
What is the best UGC agency in the UK?
It depends on volume. For 50 finished videos a month across AI and real creators in any language, EzUGC is our pick (and we are biased). For a London team handling creator ads end to end, The UGC Agency is the strongest local option. For a tight budget with UK-only creators, look at UGC3.
How much does a UGC agency cost in the UK?
Published UK prices in October 2026 run from £240 per video on Twirl's self-serve tier and £295 per creator on UGC3 up to £2.5k-£5k for a small Simply Thrilled project. EzUGC's done-for-you plan is US$4,000 a month for 50 finished videos, about US$80 each. Several London agencies only quote after a call.
Are there UGC agencies in London?
Yes. The UGC Agency (Covent Garden), Bark, UGC3 and Simply Thrilled (Shoreditch, plus Nottingham) are all London-based. Most UGC is shot by creators at home, so the agency's postcode matters less than how fast it turns around briefs.
Do UK UGC ads need to be labelled #ad?
If a creator posts content on their own account in exchange for payment or free product, yes, under ASA and CMA guidance. If you run the content as an ad from your own brand account, it is already your advert and must follow the CAP Code, including substantiating any claims.
Is AI UGC allowed for UK advertising?
There is no blanket ban. The same CAP Code rules apply: the ad must not mislead, so an AI presenter should not claim personal experience of a product they never used. Most brands use AI UGC for hook tests and variations. Then they put real UGC creators on the concepts that win.
Can a UK agency produce UGC in other languages?
Some can. The UGC Agency casts native speakers per market, and EzUGC delivers creators in any country and language. The EzUGC self-serve tool covers the languages listed here. UK-focused shops like UGC3 stick to UK creators.
