Best UGC Agencies in India (2026)

TL;DR

If you run a D2C brand in India and want finished UGC ads every month, the shortlist is EzUGC for 50 videos a month across AI and real creators in any Indian language, DigiStreet Media or The UGC Agency (Kolkata) if you want fixed INR packs, and What The Buzz if you want to buy per video from about ₹4,000. EzUGC wrote this list and ranked itself first, so read that section with your eyebrows up.

Search "UGC agency India" and you get a strange mix: performance shops in Delhi NCR, influencer agencies with a UGC page bolted on, and a few companies that turn out to be based somewhere else entirely. I read each site in October 2026 and kept the ones that clearly sell UGC to Indian brands.

For international options, see our global list of the best UGC agencies. To compare retainers with per-video packs, read how much UGC agencies charge.

How this list was made

This is an EzUGC article. We run a done-for-you UGC agency for Indian brands, and we are number one on our own list. You should know that before reading anything else.

For every other agency, the facts come from its own website in October 2026. I quote prices where they are published and say "not public" where they are not. Creator pool sizes are self-reported and unaudited, ours too.

UGCera came up in several searches and has decent creator reviews, but I could not confirm it is based in or focused on India, so it is left out. A couple of listicles in this space were written by agencies ranking themselves first. That is the same thing we are doing, and it is why I stuck to what each company publishes.

Notice the "languages" column. Almost no Indian agency spells out which languages it shoots in. If you sell in Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh, ask before you sign.

What separates a good Indian UGC agency from the rest

I looked at four things.

Price per finished ad, with GST visible. A ₹15,000 video and a ₹9,000 video can be the same thing in different pack sizes. Packs quoted "+ GST" add 18% to the invoice for most services.

Paid usage rights. Many creator rates in India cover organic posting only. If you plan to run the video on Meta, YouTube or Amazon ads, you need paid media rights written down, ideally with no expiry.

Scripting and hooks. The agency that writes three openings per concept is doing your testing for you. One that films your script once is cheaper and leaves the thinking to you.

Regional language range. Hindi and Hinglish are easy to cast. Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Marathi need a bigger bench. This matters more in India than in almost any other market.

The best UGC agencies in India

1. EzUGC

EzUGC's done-for-you service costs US$4,000 a month (shown against a US$5,000 list price) for 50 finished videos, which is about US$80 per video. At recent exchange rates that lands somewhere near ₹7,000 a video, though the rupee figure moves with the rate on the day your card is charged.

Each month's 50 can be AI UGC, real creators, or both, in any country and any language. So a single retainer can cover Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil and Telugu ads for India plus English ads for a US or UAE launch. Strategy, hooks, scripts, editing, captions, static ads and competitor tracking are included.

Billing is in US dollars in every country, India included. That is simple if your company already pays for software in USD, and a small extra step if it does not. Ask your accountant how GST applies to an imported service before you budget. You can check out on Stripe or book a call.

Where EzUGC is a worse fit: if you want a crew at a Mumbai location with props and a director on set, the production-heavy plans at The UGC Agency (Kolkata) or a local studio are closer to that. And if you only need five videos, a 50-video retainer is overkill. Our self-serve AI tool starts at US$99 a month for 50 videos, as shown on the EzUGC pricing page. It supports every language on our supported languages list.

Everything for Indian buyers is on the India agency page.

2. DigiStreet Media

DigiStreet Media is a Noida agency that has done B2B and industrial marketing since 2013 and now runs a dedicated UGC video service. What earns it a high spot is transparency. Its packs are published:

  • 5 videos: ₹75,000 + GST (₹15,000 each)
  • 10 videos: ₹90,000 + GST (₹9,000 each)
  • 20 videos: ₹1,60,000 + GST (₹8,000 each)

The packs include a content map and brief per film, spoken scripts with alternate openings, creator casting and product dispatch, vertical production, and edits with captions, music and end frames. It also keeps a creative learning log of variants and performance feedback, which is a nice touch.

Creator posting, paid usage, travel and special locations are scoped separately. So the pack price is the floor. Get the rights line in writing.

3. What The Buzz

What The Buzz calls itself a UGC video agency focused on CTR, CVR and ROAS, and it has the most granular public pricing in this list:

  • Standard from ₹4,000 per video, creators shooting in their own setups, two hooks per video
  • Studio from ₹8,400, with studio, actors and lighting
  • Global from ₹8,400, with international creators for brands launching in the US, UK or UAE

All creatives come with lifetime paid media rights, so you are not paying monthly to keep an ad running. Each client gets a project manager, scriptwriters and editors, and scripting and editing include unlimited revisions. It says it has a pool of 500+ creators.

It works across skincare, fashion, FMCG and pet care. For a D2C brand that wants to start with ten videos and scale, this is the easiest door to walk through.

4. The UGC Agency (Kolkata)

Not to be confused with the London agency of almost the same name. This one is in Naktala, Kolkata, and pitches itself as India-first with 500+ vetted creators across Indian cities.

Its three plans each include six videos with three hook variations per video:

  • Starter ₹72,000 (30-day pilot, shot on iPhone)
  • Growth ₹1,20,000 (premium creators, raw footage included)
  • Scale ₹2,40,000 (DSLR, cinematic, actor-led)

Prices exclude GST. Extra master videos start at ₹12,000. Full commercial usage rights cover Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram and Amazon for any duration. First batches take three to four weeks.

Six videos with three hooks each gives you 18 testable ads from one shoot, which is a sensible way to run a pilot.

5. Creative Hooks

Creative Hooks is a Delhi performance creative studio that makes UGC video ads for D2C brands. The process starts with an audit of your past ads, then concepts and a testing roadmap, then hook-led scripts, creator selection and edited, captioned exports.

It runs production-led ads with professional actors as well as partnership ads built from creators' own content. Pricing is not published; the site offers a free creative strategy call.

The audit-first approach is the reason to talk to them. An agency that reads your Meta data before writing a script tends to write better hooks.

6. MAD Influence

MAD Influence is a large influencer marketing agency headquartered in Noida, with offices in Mumbai and Dubai, run by founder Gautam Madhavan. UGC is one service among celebrity endorsements, meme marketing, TikTok Shop and media buying.

Its UGC page says ad-ready UGC in India typically runs ₹3,000-₹25,000 per asset, depending on creator profile, scripting, format, exclusivity and usage rights, with bulk programmes sold at a blended monthly rate. Default rights are paid-media-safe for Meta and YouTube, and exclusivity windows can be added.

It claims a pool of 100,000+ Indian creators. If you want UGC ads now and an influencer or celebrity campaign later from the same partner, MAD Influence is built for that.

7. Brandshark

Brandshark is a Bengaluru digital agency founded in 2016, with an office in Mumbai, doing websites, SEO, paid social, product photography and TV commercials alongside influencer and UGC video work. It says it works with 10,000+ influencers.

Pick it if you want UGC to sit inside one retainer that also covers your landing pages and paid funnel. Pricing is not public.

8. Admix Media

Admix Media is a creative agency that makes model-led product videos and UGC for reels, ads and websites. It handles concepts and scripts, offers revisions, and says delivery typically takes five to ten working days.

Its location is unclear: the branding and phone number point to India, the Facebook page lists Hathras in Uttar Pradesh, and the site footer shows a New York address. Pricing is not published. A reasonable option for quick product videos, but verify who you are contracting with.

ASCI rules for UGC in India

The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) has had influencer advertising guidelines since June 2021. If there is a material connection between your brand and a creator (money, free product, a discount, a trip), any content they post must carry a clear label such as "Ad", "Sponsored" or "Partnership", in a form an average viewer will notice. Both the brand and the creator are responsible.

AI matters here too. ASCI's influencer guidelines already require virtual influencers to tell viewers they are not human. And in late September 2026, ASCI released guidelines on labelling synthetically generated content in advertising, operational from December 2026 after a transition period. Synthetic spokespersons and cloned voices that could change how a viewer sees the ad need a label such as "Video created using AI". Fabricated testimonials are out even with a label.

So if you use AI UGC in India, label the synthetic presenter and write the script as a demo or explainer. Save first-person "I used this for a month" lines for real UGC creators who actually did.

How to pick

Under ten videos a month, buy per video. What The Buzz or a DigiStreet pack will do.

Between ten and twenty, a pack or pilot with hook variants beats one-off buying, and The UGC Agency (Kolkata) structures that well.

Past 30 a month, or once you need several languages at once, a retainer makes more sense. Someone has to write 50 sets of hooks, and it should not be your founder at midnight. That is the case for EzUGC, and you can see what customers say on our EzUGC reviews page.

FAQ

Which is the best UGC agency in India?

For 50 finished videos a month across AI and real creators in any language, EzUGC is our pick, with the obvious bias noted. For fixed rupee packs, DigiStreet Media and The UGC Agency (Kolkata) publish clear prices. For per-video buying from about ₹4,000, What The Buzz is the most transparent.

How much does a UGC video cost in India?

Published agency prices in October 2026 range from ₹4,000 per video at What The Buzz to ₹15,000 per video in DigiStreet's 5-video pack, plus GST. MAD Influence states a ₹3,000-₹25,000 range per asset. Paid usage rights, scripting and extra hooks are what move the price.

Do Indian UGC agencies shoot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu?

Most do not say on their sites, so ask before signing. Hindi and Hinglish are widely available. For Tamil, Telugu and other regional languages, confirm the agency has creators who are native speakers. EzUGC delivers creators in any language, and the self-serve tool covers the languages listed here.

Can Indian brands pay EzUGC in rupees?

No. EzUGC bills in US dollars in every country, including India, through Stripe or after a call. The rupee cost depends on the exchange rate when you are charged. Check with your accountant how GST applies to imported services.

Do UGC ads in India need an "Ad" label?

When a creator posts sponsored content on their own account, yes, under ASCI's influencer guidelines. When you run AI-generated presenters or voices, ASCI's synthetic content guidelines, operational from December 2026, generally require an AI label too.

What is the difference between a UGC agency and an influencer agency?

A UGC agency makes ads you run from your own brand account, so you pay for content and usage rights. An influencer agency pays creators to post to their own audience, so you pay for reach. Several Indian agencies, including MAD Influence and Brandshark, do both. The UGC agency hub explains how our service works.
