Most of the agencies ranking for "UGC agency Australia" are in Melbourne. That matters less than you would think, and I explain why below.
For options outside Australia, see our global list of the best UGC agencies. For a breakdown of pricing models, read how much UGC agencies charge.
Who wrote this, and how
This is an EzUGC article. We run a done-for-you UGC agency for Australian brands, and we are listed first.
Everything about the other agencies comes from their own websites and public pages as of October 2026. If an agency does not publish prices, I say that instead of guessing. Creator counts are each company's own claims and nobody independently checks them, ours included.
I left out agencies I could not verify. A few names show up on other lists with dead sites or no clear UGC offer.

Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane: does location matter?
For UGC, mostly no. Creators film on their phones in their own homes, kitchens and cars. Briefs, drafts and revisions happen over email, Slack or a dashboard. A Sydney brand working with a Melbourne agency will barely notice the distance.
What does matter is where the creators live. An Australian audience can hear a mismatched accent inside two seconds. A Californian saying "this changed my morning routine" in an ad for a Perth coffee brand gets scrolled past. So the question to ask any agency is: show me creators in my market, with my customer's accent, and tell me how many.
Brisbane and the Gold Coast brands often want a less inner-city Melbourne look and voice. Same logic. Ask for the casting before you sign.
AANA Code and ACCC rules for UGC ads
This is the part overseas agencies tend to skip.
Section 2.7 of the AANA Code of Ethics says advertising must be clearly distinguishable as such. Since the 2021 revision, Ad Standards applies it to influencer and creator content where the brand has a reasonable degree of control. The AANA practice note points to clear labels such as #ad, Advertising or Paid Partnership, and warns that softer tags like "gifted" or "collab" may not be enough.
The ACCC is watching too. In its 2023 sweep, 81% of the 118 influencers it reviewed were making posts that raised concerns under Australian Consumer Law. It also told businesses to be careful with scripts, which should not require creators to misrepresent their experience of a product.
Three practical rules fall out of that:
- If a creator posts your UGC on their own account, it needs a clear ad disclosure.
- Do not script a creator to claim results they never had.
- Do not present an AI presenter as a real customer giving a personal testimonial. Use AI UGC for demos, explainers and hook tests, and keep first-person "I used this for six weeks" claims for real customers and creators who actually did.
New Zealand runs its own system through the Advertising Standards Authority, so if you advertise across the Tasman, check that the agency knows both. If you are new to the AI side of this, our explainer on what AI UGC is covers where it fits and where it does not.
The best UGC agencies in Australia
1. EzUGC
EzUGC's done-for-you UGC agency costs US$4,000 a month (list price US$5,000) for 50 finished videos. Strategy, hooks, scripts, editing, captions, static ads and competitor tracking are included.
For Australian brands, the useful part is the mix. You can run real Australian and New Zealand creators where trust matters, and AI UGC scripted in Australian English for fast hook testing, in any blend you like. If you also sell into the UK, Canada or Asia, the same retainer covers those markets and languages without a second contract. Ask us for accent samples before you commit. You should hear exactly what your customer will hear.
Billing is in US dollars in every country, so your AUD cost moves with the exchange rate. Checkout runs through Stripe, or you can book a call first. The full Australian offer is on our Australia UGC agency page.
Not a fit if you need a handful of videos for one launch. For that, the self-serve EzUGC tool starts at US$99 a month on the pricing page and you write the briefs yourself.
2. Theory Crew
Theory Crew is a Melbourne agency in Armadale and currently ranks first for "UGC agency Melbourne." It is a full PR and influencer marketing shop, and UGC is one service among many: UGC advertising, TikTok ads, paid social, social media management, SEO and events.
The case studies on its site include Boost Juice, iRobot, Ferrero Rocher, Thankyou, Bulla and Avène. That is a serious consumer client list.
If you want press, influencers and UGC ads run by one local team, Theory Crew makes a lot of sense. If you only need a steady batch of paid social ads, you would be paying for capabilities you will not use. Pricing is not public.
3. Sticki
Sticki is based in Prahran, Melbourne, and was founded in 2022 out of its sister agency DataSauce. It runs UGC, mass-micro influencer campaigns, photography and video, creator sourcing, and what it calls a content library.
Its LinkedIn describes it as an affordable, entry-level route into native UGC. Creators under 1,000 followers go into UGC campaigns; bigger creators into influencer work. Most of its creators are Australian, though it accepts global creators too.
Good for brands that want lots of authentic-looking content from real Australians across Instagram and TikTok, including Spark Ads and Partnership Ads. Pricing is not on the site.
4. RISER Collective
RISER does one thing at scale: product sampling through micro-creators. It sends your product to hundreds of Australian creators, handles fulfilment and gifting logistics, and collects the content. It claims a community of 10,000+ Australian creators, and says a typical campaign with 100 creators produces 100 to 180 pieces of content.
That volume is the appeal. You end up with a large UGC library to reuse across ads, email and your site.
The trade-off: sampling content is varied by design. You get breadth and real reactions, and less control over hooks and ad structure than you would with scripted UGC ads. Pricing is not public.
5. The Hype Society
The Hype Society is a Melbourne digital agency with offices in Brisbane and Auckland, which makes it one of the few on this list with a physical New Zealand presence. It says it works with a network of 1,500+ creators and handles UGC end to end, from strategy and sourcing to review and distribution across paid, organic, email and in-store.
It is also a web and Shopify Plus agency, and it has built an internal AI tool called Hyperdrive for research and campaign work. If you want UGC, ads and a website rebuild from one team, that breadth helps. The agency does not publish prices.
6. The Curators
The Curators launched in Melbourne around 2023 as a marketplace connecting Australian brands with UGC creators, and now positions itself as a fully managed UGC and influencer agency. It runs UGC, mass seeding and influencer campaigns for DTC brands across Australia, the US, Europe and APAC.
It is a smaller, newer team. The upside is founder-level attention, and its work leans towards fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Pricing is not public.
7. Creator Flow
Creator Flow is a self-serve UGC marketplace owned by Roar Global, and it is the most transparent on price in Australia. You buy credits at A$1 each: a 15-second video is 250 credits, 30 to 45 seconds starts at 310, 60 seconds is 390, and 90 seconds is 450. Credit packs add bonus credits. It also offers a managed Concierge service, unpriced.
It lists 1,300+ creators, says videos can arrive in as little as five days, and has a dedicated New Zealand page.
This is a platform. You write the brief, pick the creator and give feedback. For a lean team that knows what it wants to test, the fixed AUD pricing is hard to beat.
8. The UGC Agency
The UGC Agency is a London agency that ranks for Australian searches too. It claims 400+ creators in Australia inside a much larger global roster, casts native speakers per market, and runs a first round on a 21-day schedule.
It suits an Australian brand launching in the UK, Europe or the US at the same time. Pricing is quote-only after a short call, and with a London team, expect time zone gaps on live calls.
9. Influee
Influee is a global marketplace that also shows up in Australian results. Brands pay a monthly subscription and creators set their own per-video rates, with Influee adding a 10% fee on creator payments and holding money in escrow until you approve.
Fine for a small brand buying its first few videos. It gets tiring when you need dozens a month, because each video is its own brief and review.
How to choose a UGC agency in Australia
Decide first whether you are buying finished ads or buying access to creators.
If nobody on your team owns creative full time, pick an agency: EzUGC, Theory Crew, Sticki, The Hype Society or The Curators. If someone does, Creator Flow or Influee will cost less per video.
Then ask every shortlisted agency the same five questions:
- How many finished ads per month, and does that include hooks, edits and captions?
- Can I see creators from my state, with my customer's accent?
- How do you handle AANA Code disclosure on creator-posted content?
- Do you cover New Zealand, and do you know its ad rules?
- What usage rights do I get, for how long, on which platforms?
An agency that answers question three vaguely is a risk you do not need.
If you plan to expand later, check whether the same partner can follow you. The same retainer covers other markets too, such as our UGC agency service in the UK. Brands selling in India can see the India version.
UGC agency pricing in Australia
Almost nobody in Australia publishes agency prices. Here is what is public as of October 2026:
- EzUGC: US$4,000 a month (list US$5,000) for 50 finished videos, about US$80 per video with strategy, scripts, editing, statics and competitor tracking included
- Creator Flow: A$250 for a 15-second video up to A$450 for 90 seconds, self-serve
- Influee: monthly subscription plus a 10% fee on creator payments
- Theory Crew, Sticki, RISER Collective, The Hype Society, The Curators, The UGC Agency: quote only
When you compare, divide the monthly fee by finished ads, then add the hours your team spends on briefs, product shipping and feedback. Shipping physical product to creators in Perth and Hobart costs time and money too. Our UGC cost calculator helps you run the numbers. If you want to hire directly, our guide to working with a UGC creator explains typical creator rates.
Australian creators who want paid work can apply to join EzUGC's creator network. Before you pick any agency, read what customers say about it. Ours are on the EzUGC reviews page.
FAQ
What is the best UGC agency in Australia?
For 50 finished ads a month mixing AI UGC and real Australian creators, EzUGC is our pick, noting that we wrote this list. Theory Crew suits brands that want PR, influencer and UGC from one Melbourne team. Creator Flow is the best self-serve option with published AUD prices.
How much does a UGC agency cost in Australia?
Most Australian UGC agencies only quote after a call. EzUGC charges US$4,000 a month for 50 finished videos, billed in US dollars. Creator Flow, a self-serve platform, charges A$250 to A$450 per video depending on length.
Is there a good UGC agency in Sydney?
Most of the agencies ranking for Australian UGC searches are in Melbourne, and they work with Sydney brands remotely without issue. UGC is filmed by creators at home and reviewed online, so the agency's city matters far less than whether it casts creators who sound like your Sydney customers.
Do UGC ads in Australia need to follow the AANA Code?
Yes. Section 2.7 of the AANA Code of Ethics requires advertising to be clearly distinguishable, and Ad Standards applies it to creator content the brand controls. Creator-posted UGC needs a clear label such as #ad or Paid Partnership, and the ACCC warns brands against scripts that make creators misrepresent their experience.
Do Australian UGC agencies cover New Zealand?
Some do. The Hype Society has an Auckland office, Creator Flow has a New Zealand page, and EzUGC covers New Zealand with AI UGC and real creators under the same retainer. New Zealand has its own Advertising Standards Authority, so confirm the agency knows its rules.
Can AI UGC work for Australian audiences?
Yes, for hook testing, product demos and explainers scripted in Australian English. Keep first-person testimonials for real customers and creators, because presenting an AI presenter as a genuine customer risks misleading consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
